I wasn’t getting hit with shaky hands, irritability, dizziness, and headaches twice a day due to my blood sugar dropping. I also noticed that I wasn’t getting hit with bloating, anxiety, acne, and severe fatigue before my period. While the principles and physiology of supporting your metabolism will absolutely apply to you and be helpful for you, the meal plans and recipes do include animal protein.
You will have access to the material for two months from your sign up date. This allows you plenty of time to learn the guidelines and prep in advance before diving in and implementing the plan, and you'll get support during the 4 weeks around when you're implementing the program. You'll be able to download and print the PDF guides, meal plans, recipes, and shopping lists and have them forever.
The understanding of the physiology of your metabolism and how to best support it will be very valuable and helpful for you if you're trying to conceive, pregnant, or breastfeeding. Supporting your metabolism can be transformative for fertility and postpartum recovery. However, I do not recommend doing phase 1 and phase 2 meal plans during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Phase 3 will be excellent for you if you're pregnant or breastfeeding.
Upon enrolling, you'll promptly gain access to all the material. You can immediately view the video modules at your own pace to learn the physiology, principles, and guidelines to mending your metabolism. You can watch them all at once if you'd like, or do it a little bit at a time. The video content will take you about an hour to watch total, divided among several smaller modules. Then you'll be set to implement the program, can decide for yourself the best start-date for you, and have access to live Q&A calls for 4 weeks to get all the support you need.
